What's for Lunch?

I am a big salad eater but once in a while I am not in the mood for a whole lot of lettuce, a sandwich at times can be to filling, so how about all of the topings without the carbohydrates.

So today for lunch I made:

Grilled Chicken with Kale Salad

- 3oz Grilled Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup Kale
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 Black Olives

- Balsamic Vinegar
- E.V.O.O
- 1 Egg Yolk
(whisk together)

This is a great post workout meal, and I happened to have just finished a 30 minute ab + arm workout.
